Pak-Turk International Schools and Colleges celebrated Urdu Week in the month of March. In connection with the Urdu week activities, the Urdu Department of Pak-Turk organized a Mushaira in the auditorium of its main campus in Chek Shehzad branch. Hasnain Nazish the Head of Urdu Language and Literature was the anchorperson of the event while Professor Dr. Ehsaan Akbar presided over the Mushahira and Professor Jalil Aali was the chief guest of the literary sitting. Many prominent poets of the country such as Shaukat Mehdi, Ghazanfar Hashmi, Syed Mazhar Masood (Joint Secretary Halqa-e-Arbab-e-Zauk), Ali Akbar Natik, Fakhar Shanas and Saeed Shad recited their odes and poems in the presences of a large gathering of students and teachers of the Alma matter.  Many students of the institution also recited their pieces of poetry to the sizable audience. The audience esteemed the poets while listening to every marvelous stanza/verse.
